Meet Thamar
My journey into blogging began with the realization that many women, like myself, grapple with the challenges of balancing a healthy lifestyle, motherhood, marriage, and everything in between. Seeking to help others on the same path, I founded Heavenly Nature, initially focused on assisting women in discovering healthier eating habits and finding affordable, quality foods for their families .
However my mission soon expanded beyond food alone. As I delved deeper into wellness, I recognized that true health encompasses more than just what we eat. It involves nurturing our relationships, strengthening our faith, managing finances, and embracing our purpose. Every aspect of our lives matter, and they intertwine in beautiful harmony. So, I embraced a broader role as a Health and Wellness Coach, empowering women to create the healthy lifestyles they desire.
Not only did I become a health coach, I fell deeply in love with birthwork.
My heart was drawn to the incredible journey of pregnancy and birth, and I knew I wanted to play a meaningful role in supporting mothers during this transformative time. As a Full Spectrum Doula, I am trained to provide physical, mental, and emotional support to birthing people throughout their pregnancy and birth experiences. Witnessing the miracle of birth is a humbling honor, and I strive to create a space filled with unwavering support, abundant resources, advocacy, love, and, mostly, just a listening ear.

Thamar is simply amazing and heaven-sent. For the past few years, I have struggled with an irregular cycle and several other PCOS Symptoms. After speaking with Thamar about my condition she got to researching, made two custom teas, and recommended some supplements. For the last three months, my period has been on time, lasts for about a week, and is not extremely heavy. This is a huge shift for me coming from never knowing when my period would come to when it did come it would last for almost two weeks and put me out of commission for at least a week. So happy that Jesus saw fit for my sis to connect me. Forever grateful!
