How To Healthfully Maintain Your Sexiness This Winter

As the temperature gets cooler and cooler, our bodies will begin to crave heavier and warmer foods.  And the best thing we can do is give our bodies what it craves. This coming season calls for hearty root vegetables, healthy fatty foods and warming spices and herbs.  When you eat seasonal and local foods your body remains balanced and you equip it with what it needs for that current season. So smoothies or cold press juices won’t be such a great idea. But a warm bowl of oatmeal, sprinkled with cinnamon is the better option.
Some seasonal vegetables like spaghetti squash is filling but won’t add much calories . Its filled with every mineral your body needs and it's mild flavor enables you to spice it up however you like. Watch this!
Kale, cauliflower, carrots and brussel sprouts are also awesome during this time of the year.
You want to lose weight this winter? Add good slimming fats like salmon, olive oil and nuts. Switch out the I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter for clarified butter or coconut oil. Slowly but surely cut out processed foods. Cut out sugar and begin to replace it by eating sweeter veggies that may curb your sweet tooth. Try sweet potatoes or beets to get started .
Your summer exercise routine probably had a lot to do with being outside. Well this is the time to explore, discover a new routine. Try something different like kickboxing or warm up with bikram yoga. Better yet pop in a dvd or download an exercise app and stay in the comfort of your own home.  This winter will be good, just adapt, make it work for you and keep pushing towards your healthy journey.
